ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

IMPORTANT POINTS TO CONSIDER AND SUBMISSION RULES FOR ABSTRACT SUBMISSIONS

Abstracts must be submitted online via the website using the abstract submission system. Abstracts submitted via email or postal mail, independent of the system, will not be accepted. Presentations to be delivered at the conference should take the form of experimental studies, clinical studies, or original case reports, and must be of a nature that contributes to scientific advancement and convey a clear message regarding the results. Since abstracts submitted online will be printed exactly as submitted, care must be taken to avoid spelling and grammatical errors. Authors are responsible for all spelling and grammatical errors.

Abstract Submission Deadline: October 2, 2026

Guideline

Abstracts will be collected via the online abstract submission system.
Academic titles should not be used in authors’ names.
Names should be written in lowercase, with only the first letter capitalized.
The names and addresses of the authors’ institutions must be included.
Only the first letter of the abstract title should be capitalized. (Abbreviations are an exception.)
If abbreviations are used in the abstract, their full names must be provided in parentheses.
The abstract should briefly state the purpose of the study and the methods used; findings should be summarized with sufficient numerical detail; and conclusions should be explained within the framework of the presented findings.
The abstract must be written using the headings: Purpose, Methods, Findings, and Conclusions.
The entire abstract, excluding the title and the author’s first and last names, must not exceed 300 words.

Any abstract that does not comply with any of these guidelines will be excluded from evaluation regardless of its content.

Abstract Review

The review process will be conducted online by the Abstract Review Committee, with the researchers’ names and affiliations kept confidential. The results of the review will be sent to all authors in the form of a notification letter.

PRESENTATION INFORMATION

Oral Presentations
When preparing your oral presentation slides, please ensure that:

Your slides contain no more than 7 lines,
The number of words per line does not exceed 6,
Slides are prepared in landscape orientation,
Slides do not include tables with excessive content,
Slides are prepared in Turkish.
Presentation time is 5 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for discussion

Poster Presentations

Poster presentations submitted to the conference will be published as e-posters. The submission guidelines for e-posters are available in the abstract submission system, and the publication guidelines will be communicated to the authors of accepted poster presentations.
