Name Badges

Participants who have completed their registration will receive their name badges at the Registration, Reservation, and Information Desk. For security reasons, all participants are required to wear their name badges throughout the congress. Name badges must also be presented when entering the scientific sessions.

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of Attendance will be distributed at the Registration, Reservation, and Information Desk at the end of the congress. Participants who plan to leave the congress before its conclusion are kindly requested to inform the staff at the Registration, Reservation, and Information Desk in advance so that their certificates can be prepared.

Letter of Invitation

Participants requiring a Letter of Invitation to obtain official leave from their institutions may request one from the Congress Organizing Committee. Please note that the issuance of a Letter of Invitation does not imply any financial commitment by the Organizing Committee and does not cover registration, accommodation, or any other congress-related expenses.
